eeeeeeeeeehhhhh

I've been making a lot of new stuff lately: masks, big huggable animal pillows, paper quilts, dioramas, and more, including an in-progress interactive computer program even though I know absolutely nothing about programing. I'm very connected to the creatures I create and need to have them in the real world outside the canvas somehow; Evan suggested I learn flash and make a cartoon which I think I will do, or at least a book of silly comics while I'm learning.

As usual, I've been watching a lot of movies lately but recently I've been seeing a lot of good movies which is quite rare, including the Swedish vampire movie (and I am not a vampire fan) Let the Right One In. Everyone should go see it and I am actually thinking about making it my first movie purchase ever because I just want to look at it's prettiness all day.
Songs From the Second Floor is another unbelievably pretty Swedish movie that is basically amazing. I plan to watch every one of these.
Until then, I'm super excited for some more bad movie-ing this Valentine's. I haven't checked with Evan but I think he'll be alright with celebrating by way of the Friday the 13th remake, or watching Tremors and making me stay awake, or WILD ZERO!!!!!!, or all three Resident Evils, or all of the above because I am a super romantic..... if you're reading this, Gummibear, let me know how you also feel about flashlight tag, Funfetti, and being silly.



I've also been looking at pretty things and thinking about what is really important in the vast scheme of things. Any pretty or enjoyable little things anyone can recommend would be appreciated.

I am so happy; you know you're lucky when you're contemplating going to Paris... hopefully soon I will be in place of this little A.
